Platform Rules

To provide a better service to you and to protect our quality standards, it is necessary to apply the platform rules listed below.

    1. Advertisers can only open accounts and manage campaigns on behalf of companies they represent or contracted companies. When an unusual condition is detected, the closing process will be applied.
    2. When creating a campaign, it is prohibited to use bad language, content, or photographs that are contrary to general moral codes and which are offensive.
    3. The quality of the service is followed by discussions with CreatorDen influencers for control purposes. It is strictly forbidden to forward to mobile phone, email and any communication channel to communicate outside the platform. Unauthorized movement detection can freeze your account and prevent your actions from being completed.
    4. Any use of an incoming content offer is prohibited. Even if content bids are purchased, the intellectual property rights belong to the influencer. Proposals and generated content are for publication in influencer's own circles. With the Influencer it is possible to get permission from the platform through the negotiations.
    5. It is your obligation to control your Billing Address and Delivery Address after the transaction. Your order will be sent to your Invoice Address unless otherwise noted. To change your shipping address you need to email team@creatorden.com.
    6. If the content you are purchasing does not match the content shared, you may use your right of appeal after the content sharing. CreatorDen reserves the right to accept and reject objections. For an appeal to be valid:
      • Your content is different at the unrecognized level
      • Having humiliating and bad speech for any private or legal person, not in accordance with the general moral code of the commentary
      • The majority of hashtags and / or tags that are accepted in the bid have not been used
      • Corruption of meaning totality by completely changing the text of the commentary agreed upon
      • Content not served within one week (7 days) after accepting a proposal
      • A change that is not valid or not available in the accepted content offer that is contrary to the list to be made or not to be specified in the campaign content, use in the content itself or in the commentary
